# (AU) Changing MT4/5 Trading Account Password

## MT4/5 Trading Account Password

**PC/Mac**  
At the top of your MT4/MT5 on your desktop, select Tools \> Options \> Server \> Change \> Enter current password \> Change master or investor password \> Enter your new password and confirm.

**iOS**  
Tap on Settings (gear icon) \> tap on the banner up top of the page with account details \> tap the three horizontal dots next to current account \> change password \> change master password.

**Android**  
Tap on the three horizontal bars at the upper left \> tap Manage Accounts \> tap on the three horizontal dots on the upper right \> select Change password.

Both of the steps for mobile MT4 are the same for MT5 on mobile.
