# Which types of ID does Blueberry accept?

## Discover the types of identification documents accepted by Blueberry for account verification.

Blueberry uses Sumsub for eKYC to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant client onboarding. Sumsub's AI-powered technology enhances security by preventing fraud and identity theft while ensuring compliance with international regulations like AML and KYC. 

 

In general, we accept passports and government-issued ID cards but **do not support the following:**

- Digital IDs
- Birth certificate
- Company ID
- Credit/debit card
- International driving permit (must be an ID, not a permit/slip)
- Student ID
