# Trust Account Application

## Understand the process and documentation needed to apply for a trust trading account with Blueberry.

#### Individual Requirements (representative)

To apply for a Trust account with Blueberry, the Trust representative must:

- Be 18 years or older at the time of application
- Have a valid mobile number and email address
- Have a valid passport or government-issued photo ID
- Have a legal residential address
- Go through the [individual account application](https://helpcentre.blueberrymarkets.com/en/how-do-i-apply-for-an-account-on-blueberry-markets-and-what-are-the-requirements)

#### Trust Requirements

Once the Trust representative is approved, they must fill out the applicable Trust account application form:

- [Corporate Trust application form](https://securebbm.com/CorpTrust)
- [Non-Corporate Trust/SMSF application form](https://securebbm.com/NonCorpTrust)

 

Trust documents such as the following will need to be provided:

- Trust Deed (select pages)
- Proof of Address (if Trust is registered)
- Company Extract that includes: 
    - List of all shareholders
    - List of all directors
    - Signatory list
    - Memorandum and Articles of Association
    - Authorised trader list

Important Notes:

- The Trust must be registered in a [Blueberry-accepted country.](https://helpcentre.blueberrymarkets.com/en/does-blueberry-markets-accept-clients-from-my-country)
- Additional documentation may be required for Trusts from certain regions.
