# How to change the Client Portal password?

If you’ve forgotten your Client Portal password, simply click on the [**Forgot Password?**](https://portal.blueberrymarkets.com/en/forgot-password) link on the Client Portal sign-in page.

You will receive an email containing a confirmation code at the address associated with your Blueberry account. Enter the confirmation code along with the new password you wish to set.

 

**Notes**:

- Please check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
- If you have any problems resetting your password, please submit a ticket through the [**Support Hub**](https://supporthub.blueberrymarkets.com/tickets?hsLang=en) for assistance.
